Refund policy

Refunds can be granted if you find the services offered by Drops of Design is no longer a fit for your business after the initial meeting during the project process. 

However, once a roadmap and task list is provided by Drops of Design, refunds will no longer be eligible. The project will be terminated if you no longer want the services offered by Drops of Design.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must state in writing that you no longer want the services provided by Drops of Design and attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@drops-of-design.dk.
